Staff were left alone in a pharmacy without a supervising pharmacist in a case study highlighted by the Victorian Pharmacy Authority In its December 2025 circular, the VPA says that between August and November 2025it conducted 13 panel hearings into allegations that licensees failed to meet their responsibilities to comply with the Act and VPA
