Compounder cops $99k cannabis ad fine


TGA issues five infringement notices to a Gold Coast compounding pharmacy over alleged advertising breaches  ACPharm Queensland Pty Ltd has paid infringement notices totalling $99,000 related to alleged unlawful advertising of therapeutic products, including medicinal cannabis.  The Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) claimed the company had breached the Therapeutic Goods Act 1989 by promoting medicinal cannabis
