‘Candy Store’ given one hour to remove all advertising of vaping goods following breach of Therapeutic Goods Act The Department of Health, Disability and Ageing has issued an advertising direction to Hwangdo SS Pty Ltd and its executive officer, Nabil Mouawad, in relation to the promotion of vapes in a Melbourne CBD store.
