A pharmacist had her bid to make a maternity leave backfill position permanent rejected – and appealed the decision The Queensland Industrial Relations Commission has heard that the pharmacist was employed at a major Queensland hospital on a permanent full-time basis, but had been acting in higher duties in both a full-time and part-time capacity.
