Potential suitors tight-lipped on Infinity plans


Would-be buyers are circling the collapsed Infinity Pharmacy Group, with an auction process expected to commence in February  Sigma Healthcare, and private equity firm, Genesis Capital, are believed to be frontrunners to acquire the Infinity group, following Wesfarmers Health’s decision to appoint receivers late last year.   While a spokesperson for Sigma declined to comment on speculation, the company, which owns the Chemist Warehouse, Amcal and Discount Drug Store brands, declined to comment on
