Sports supplement firm cops ad fine


NSW-based firm pays infringement notices totalling $37,560 over breach of Therapeutic Goods Act  The Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) issued two infringement notices to Booty N Buff Nutrition Caringbah Pty Ltd relating to the alleged unlawful advertising of sports supplements that were not listed on the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods (ARTG).   The regulator reported that the supplements contained Schedule 4 substances - tryptophan and levodopa.
